摘要

本文提出了一种基于平方电路的新型CMOS电流模乘法器。双跨线性回路是实现方案的基本组成部分。供电电压为1.8 V。该倍增器具有低电压、高速度、低功耗、抗体效应、高线性度、直流偏置误差小等优点。采用0.18μm CMOS工艺,采用49级参数,利用HSPICE模拟器对电路进行了设计和仿真。仿真结果表明,模拟倍增器在1MHz时的THD为1.24%,-3dB带宽为31.2MHz,功耗小于207 μW。
