摘要

利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的结构化文本STL语言,研究了卡尔曼滤波器在PLC上的实现。本文详细介绍了两种实现方法。第二种方法的详细实现是基于S7-1200PLC,并将该算法应用到温度检测实验中。SIMULINK模型与仿真结果进行了比较,表明卡尔曼滤波在PLC中可以达到一定程度,并能很好地滤波PLC模拟数据采集模块所受的各种干扰,从提高测量精度、增强测试控制效果等方面达到理想。

Implementation of Kalman Filter in plc
