摘要

针对连杆锻造过程中存在的生产线资源利用率不足、设备等待时间长等问题,设计了串联生产线和并联生产线两种优化布置方案。计算表明,并联方案的车间利用率为74%,略优于串联生产线的车间利用率为73%,采用该方案作为优化方案。通过生产线资源平衡分析方法,将优化后的方案与原布局的生产线不平衡损失率和生产线平滑度指标进行比较。余额损失率由原来的31%降至13%;生产线平滑度指数由原来的7.19降至2.37,表明优化方案是有效的。
