The calculation shows that the workshop utilization rate of the parallel scheme is 74%, which is slightly better than that of the tandem production line, whose workshop utilization rate is 73%, and it is adopted as the optimized plan. Through the production line resource balance analysis method, the optimized plan is compared with the production line unbalanced loss rate of the original layout and the production line smoothness index.
