Aggressive vertexing scenarios for the Linear Collider
Several possible avenues for improving the performance of a CCD pixel-based Linear Collider vertex detector are explored in terms of their impact on the r−φ and r−z impact parameter resolution. In addition, studies exhibiting the contribution of the outer tracker to the impact parameter resolution are presented.
