摘要

目前,飞机可靠性评估一般在试飞阶段采用指数分布计算,但指数分布有一定的局限性,并且随着飞机在试飞阶段的不断维修,可靠性逐渐提高,故障率逐渐降低。针对上述问题,本文采用正态分布、指数分布、威布尔分布、对数正态分布和AMSAA增长模型进行拟合建模,最后通过对比分析,给出了最优的可靠性拟合分布结果,对后续的可靠性评估具有重要意义。
