摘要

提出了一种新的线性放大光路设计,将液位的微小位移线性放大为光电探测器的光斑位移,从而提高了液位检测的分辨率。提出了曲面反射器线性放大曲线函数表达式的数值计算方法,并对变参数的变化对线性放大曲线检测误差和线性度的影响进行了仿真研究。实验结果表明,所设计的曲面反射镜能够实现线性放大功能,通过对各变量参数选择合适的取值,可以有效提高激光三角测量液体检测系统的检测分辨率,减小非线性误差。

Numerical calculation method of a type of curved reflector with linear optical amplification
