摘要

以某电子商务网站为例,结合张量分析理论,在高阶空间建立了一种新的网站顾客满意度评价模型。该模型首先利用张量分析方法,用高阶张量对顾客满意度指标体系进行扩展。然后基于非负Tucker分解的高阶子空间分析给出了顾客满意度评价模型。最后,结合实际应用数据给出了模型的训练过程和测试结果。实验结果表明,该模型具有可行性和良好的性能。
