摘要

为了促进无约束在线中文文本识别的研究,构建了一个无约束在线手写中文文本行数据集SCUT-COUCH Textline_NU,它是SCUT-COUCH[1][2]的一个子集。手抄文本以分层随机方式从《中国日报》语料库中抽取。SCUT-COUCH Textline_NU目前的版本有8809行文本(触摸屏LCD收集4813行,数字笔收集3996行),共有159866个字符,由157名以上的参与者撰写。为了验证该数据集的实用性,提出了一种基于过度分割、动态规划和语义模型的无约束在线中文文本行分割和识别算法。在数据集上的初步实验中,本文算法识别的基线准确率达到56.41%。
