摘要

移动信息化战略对网络支撑系统提出了更高的要求,其目标是实现面向用户的服务管理。顾客感知指标是网络质量的直接反映,因此对这些指标的分析就显得尤为重要。本文分析了影响客户体验对网络质量影响的各种因素。基于QoE相关标准和5W模型,设计了客户感知模板;给出了一套常用的客户感知指标提取方法。根据客户感知模板的实际应用,通过统计分析模型求出对服务质量影响较大的客户感知指标的贡献系数。
