In order to work successfully in a risky environment, organizations' employees need deep and comprehensive economic knowledge. Innovation risk assessing and determining their impact degree on the economic situation of enterprises is a complex multifunctional process. Existing risk minimization matrices do not provide an opportunity to identify the most dangerous risks in order to make quick effective management decisions. There is no integrated algorithm for the process of identification and risk management, which helps to minimize and neutralize the innovation risks of enterprises. Innovation management characteristics of enterprise are shown in the article. An algorithm of risk assessing during the innovation project work is presented.
