摘要

为提高环氧树脂(E、EM、EMP系列)的耐压性能,合成了以环氧树脂、MA(甲基丙烯酸)和PU(聚氨酯)为基体的互穿聚合物网络(IPN)。为了研究环氧树脂由单网状聚合物变为多网状聚合物时,其形态变化对绝缘子性能的影响,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及直流、交流和冲击电压的介电击穿强度进行了实验。结果表明,介质击穿强度是由IPN方法控制的。
