This project aims to revitalize the attendance and disbursement processes of the Human Resources Department to increase efficiency to solve the issue of late salary payouts. A series of interviews were conducted to gather information about the procedures and pain points. Moreover, SWOT analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) was performed to understand the processes better and identify the root cause/s of the problem at hand. More suitable and adequate solutions can be designed. Lastly, the team conducted a systematic evaluation to compare how the proposed system would benefit the company compared to the old processes. The plan cuts the process, thereby reducing the workforce needed. The various functionalities of the system also allow the users and actors to collaborate more smoothly and intelligently.
