Coordinated Dispatching of Active Power and Reserve in Power System Based on Steady-State Security Region
For power system dispatching considering uncertain wind power and other new energy sources, reasonable power flow distribution is of great significance to reduce the risk of line overload and improve the robustness of eco-nomic dispatching. In view of the problem that active power reserve cannot be put into use due to insufficient transmission capacity of lines in power system dispatching, this paper proposes the concept of reserve security interval, and establishes a coordinated dispatching method of active power and reserve considering thermal stability security region, which can improve the security margin of congestion or overloaded lines in traditional dispatching. Finally, the test results of IEEE-10-node system show that the proposed method can not only effectively consider the problem of the reserve security interval, but also identify the key lines that affect the reserve security inter-val, so the method can achieve a better balance between security and economy.
