Besides, the process of feature extraction has also been simplified. 摘要

抽油机地面测功卡是一个抽油周期内载荷和排量值的封闭曲线,反映了抽油机的运行状况。测功卡的自动分析与诊断在油气生产过程中起着重要的作用。提出了一种鲁棒的面向梯度二值直方图(BHOG)特征用于测力机卡片识别。它比一般的HOG特性简单和有效得多,具有很好的性能。BHOG特征用4种纹理表示二值图像(对应HOG中直方图的4个bin),可以极大地减小特征尺寸。此外,还简化了特征提取的过程。实验表明,所提出的BHOG特征比一般HOG特征快5.32倍,在测功机卡片数据集上准确率达到98.19%。
