摘要

本文论述了专用宽带网络电视广播系统的实现体系结构和协议流程。从面向应用的服务质量(QoS)出发,结合MPEG-2系统策略和基于ip的网络复用机制,提出了两种数字电视多节目传输速率控制方案。在网络带宽利用方面,实现了一种灵活的基于rtf的VBR传输流(TS)封装方案,保证了MPEG-2标准对时间同步的要求。在统计复用增益方面,针对CBR TS传输的并行VBR转码/编码速率控制算法可以在有限的网络带宽下实现多个数字电视节目的一致画质。为了适应多变的接入网带宽,系统主控模块可以灵活调度多个从服务复用器的可用速率控制方案
