摘要

本文结合多种企业绩效评价方法构建了一个全新的5维21指标体系企业绩效评价模型,并运用PLS结构方程建模进行实证。结果表明,企业绩效评价的重点从单纯的财务指标转向非财务指标,尤其是内部员工的学习和成长成为现代企业绩效评价的最重要因素。顾客满意度也很重要。企业内部的进步对企业战略的影响越来越大,因此企业应该提高员工素质才能使顾客满意,才能占有更多的市场份额,才能使企业获得更多的利润。在企业中,更多的新产品开发和员工工作效率的提高可以为企业带来更多的收益。
