摘要

为了优化媒体广告公司销售部门的绩效考核体系,本文以H公司为研究对象,根据公司的经营现状,设计了广告销售人员的KPI考核方法,引入熵值法计算各KPI指标的权重,保证指标的客观性和准确性;为媒体广告公司销售部门绩效指标的科学设定提供参考。
