摘要

在微波加工领域中,加工施药器向材料辐射微波能量的特性发生了很大的变化,导致对加工材料的吸收功率降低,使施药器的效率降低。本课题研制了一种具有加热介质测温功能的微波可视化装置。该装置由微波场能量的磁场激活。安装温度传感器的能量转换装置可以直观地显示微波处理介质内部的温度与微波磁场强度。此外,能量转换装置的应用适用于实现混合能量辐照系统在微波功率中的应用。
