This article investigateshow two different groups of wayang orang (human wayang), a form of traditionalartinIndonesiadeliverserviceexperiencestotheaudiences.Qualitativemethodsconsisted ofin-depthinterviewsandopen-endedsurveywereutilizedasthedatacollectionmethod.Thefindings suggestthatserviceexperiencesweredeliveredthroughthecombinationofvariousartelementsin theperformance,andsomeoftheelementsareconsideredtobemoreimportantthantheothers. Severalbarriershavealsobeenidentifiedasthebarriersthatinhibitconsumptionofthistraditional art.BharataandSwargalokaperformingartgroupswereutilizedasthecontextofthisresearch.This articlecontributestolimitedstudiesontraditionalartswithintheartsmarketingdomain,especially withregardstoartexperiencedeliveryandartconsumption.
