A Comparative Study and Parameters Analysis of Coils in Inductive Charging For Electric Vehicles
Wireless charging with magnetically coupled coils is the preferred way for charging batteries in electric vehicles. Two cases are discussed in this study. Firstly, a new system based on single shielding which contains ferrite material and magnetic shielding design is developed. In addition, the magnetic coupler that is offered also uses less ferrite than a conventional flat shape ferrite core coupler to achieve good WPT system performance. Second, a three-dimensional model of transceiver coils for charging electric vehicles is detailed, along with the future use of magnetic resonance wireless power and its evolution. The proposed design’s efficiency is demonstrated by simulation results.
