摘要

本文在应用灰色模糊项目融资风险的基础上,结合水利建设项目融资特点和项目融资风险分类,确定大型水利建设项目融资过程中的风险。并运用该方法建立了融资风险评价指标体系。然后,根据灰色系统理论和模糊数学理论,建立了融资风险的灰色模糊评价模型,并将该模型应用于实际。通过对某水利工程建立的模型进行实证分析,证明了该模型的有效性和实用性。

An Evaluation Model of Financing Risk for Large-Scale Water Conservancy Construction Project
