The microfluidic mixer is designed with three different structures developing a mixing of passive micro winding water and varying through three ratios. COMSOL Multi-physics was used to optimize the design. The results show that the meander structure with a geometry ratio of 1: 2 generates the highest mixing index than the other ratios. In addition, the increase in Reynolds number causes the mixing index improvement.
