摘要

利用流函数法和上界定理,建立了板料不对称轧制的数学模型,研究了板料在辊缝处的塑性变形行为。系统地讨论了在辊速比、辊半径比、摩擦系数比和辊缝入口薄板进口角等不同轧制条件下得到的轧制产品曲率。预测的轧制产品曲率和轧制力与实测结果吻合较好。因此,本文提出的分析方法适用于非对称薄板轧制过程的模拟。
