For extracting maximum benefit of high penetration of wind energy sources in distribution system, it is important to determine the optimal location and size. However, inappropriate location and size results in downgrading the operational performance of power system. In this paper, minimization of energy loss for one day is taken into account for the optimization of wind generation planning. 摘要

针对风电等非可调度能源在配电网中的最优配置问题,对粒子群优化算法和水蒸发算法进行了比较分析。为使风电在配电网中实现高插拔的最大效益,确定最佳插拔位置和插拔规模至关重要。然而,由于位置和规模的不合理,导致电力系统的运行性能下降。本文以一天能量损失最小为目标,对风电规划进行优化。系统受节点功率平衡、节点限压、馈线限流等约束条件的约束。对IEEE- 33总线径向配电系统进行了对比分析,仿真结果对所考虑的规划问题有较好的前景。
