Under the condition of stable compensation level, the decrease of earned premium leads to the increase of comprehensive compensation ratio, which leads to the further increase of comprehensive cost ratio of auto insurance business and the increasing difficulty of making profit of auto insurance business. Therefore, in order to reduce the overall cost rate, auto insurance companies need to strengthen the risk management and control of auto insurance claims expenditures, and reduce economic losses due to fraud cases or human causes. 摘要
