Both tasks are equally important and complex, especially in the transformation of the economy. The effectiveness (efficiency) of managing a large (if not decisive) enterprise depends on the quality of the personnel of the management system. Special attention should be paid to modern enterprise management strategies that are designed to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises in the context of globalization and the digital economy.
