摘要

HEVC的编码效率比以往的编码标准要高得多,但其编码性能还有待提高。本文设计了一种基于支持向量机的HEVC帧间最优速率控制算法,从CTU层面对HEVC帧间的位分配不合理问题进行了优化。该算法根据R-D关系将帧间不同的cpu分为三类,以提高率失真模型的预测精度,然后对cpu的比特分配进行调整,使比特分配更加合理,提高了有限带宽下的输出视频质量。实验结果表明,该方法在保持比特率稳定的情况下,可使编码视频质量提高0.18dB。
