摘要

本文提出了一种预测越南整个输电系统电压暂降的新方法。随着越南电力行业走向电力市场,预测将有助于电力公司对输电系统的电能质量进行早期评估。本文提出的预测方法采用故障定位法,根据2008年越南整个220kV和500kV输电系统实际发生的故障创建输电系统的故障分布。研究还利用了SARFICURVE的ITIC和SEMI曲线,考虑了越南输电系统中使用的保护装置的实际故障清除时间。通过SARFICURVE,可以从负载容限的角度更好地评估输电系统的电压暂降性能。
