摘要

本文比较了近年来发展起来的两种基于时间编码的精确时-数转换方法的主要性能,分别是在独立编码线和使用多边缘模式信号。这些方法的本质优点在于能够克服目前常用方法的转换分辨率的技术限制。采用这两种方法设计了在同一可编程器件中实现的两个时间计数器。然后在相同的测量条件下对计数器进行了测试,并从主要计量、设计、技术和经济参数方面对测试结果进行了比较。
