Additionally, the latter could be a potential source of organizational performance. This paper has an exploratory character and analyses how the new ICTs influence the hotels’ organizational performance. Thus, a descriptive statistical analysis and a study of statistical associations through Cramer’s V have been carried out using data from 106 Valencian Community hotel establishments. The results show, on the one hand, that Internet and Intranet are the most influential technologies on intra-organizational level and, on the other hand, show that the Central Reservation Systems -CRS- and web 2.0 are the most important on an inter-organizational level.
