From the perspective of the computer simulation technology-assisted teaching college physics and according to cognitive learning theory, constructivist theory, psychological theory and university physics teaching the theory, this paper explains the basis of these theories in computer simulation technology-assisted university physics teaching application, and puts forward its own point of view.
