Therefore, how to deal with the mental health education of left-behind children should attract the attention of the society. Taking Linyi County of Shandong Province as a case, the author used questionnaires, interviews and literature research methods to understand the mental health education of left-behind children, and proposed rationalized and targeted suggestions for existing problems to help improve the mental health status of left-behind children in rural areas.
