The specific process of inter-harmonics detection based on VMD is provided. The power signal to be detected is decomposed into several Intrinsic Mode Function (IMF) components by VMD, then the inter-harmonics frequency and amplitude parameters is obtained by extracting the resulting IMF component through Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT). A Novel Methodology of Inter-Harmonic Detection Based on VMD
