Integration and the use of external technology and knowledge is an important factor in the rapid development of CRH. Comparative analysis found that the innovation mode of CRH is considered as integrated innovation. This paper uses SECI model to explain integration innovation process of CRH. Knowledge flowing and management is important in the integration of CRH, SECI model can explain the knowledge transformation during the integration innovation well. Based on this model, this paper analyzes integration innovation from four aspects of knowledge socialization, externalization, combination and internalization.
