Microfabricated chips made of PDMS and glass is employed to achieve a totally miniaturized and integrated system. Bacterial cell lysis, DNA purification, PCR amplification and amplified fragment detection can be performed with IISA-Gene system including miniaturized pumping and optical detection device.
