The data that used on this study are primary data, with 64 employees as a sample, using a simple random sampling technique. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with a simple regression analysis. The result of this study is work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在考察工作与生活平衡对员工绩效的影响,通过对Telkomsel Regional Sumbagsel办公室员工的混合工作系统进行实证研究。本研究使用的数据为原始数据,以64名员工为样本,采用简单的随机抽样技术。所用的分析方法是定量分析和简单的回归分析。本研究结果显示,工作与生活平衡对员工绩效有显著正向影响。建议公司为员工提供来自上级和同事的支持,以便在混合式工作中实现工作和个人生活的平衡。

The Influence of Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance
