Current interference suppression methods focus on power control and resource allocation without considering the signal's time-frequency distribution characteristics. Different from previous works, this paper proposes an SC-FDMA inter-cell interference suppression method based on the time-frequency distribution of the SC-FDMA signal. The proposed method adopts a linear time-varying filter to process the received signal, and the pass region of the filter could be obtained from the time frequency distribution of the received signal with the interference power threshold constraints.
