摘要

为了减小综合误差对数控机床精度的∞影响,提出了基于线性插值和牛顿插值的综合误差建模方法。利用数控外置机床零点设置功能,实现了误差在线实时补偿。在立式铣床上的实验结果表明,该模型计算方便,精度预测效果好。因此适用于数控机床综合误差的补偿。
