Population in this research of  was students seventh semester students of the Study Program of Culinary Management, Room Division Management, and Food and Beverage Management at Batam Tourism Polytechnic was 104 respondents. Sample in this research was 84 respondents that determined by using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questions. 摘要

本研究的目的是了解职业指导程序与软技能对巴淡旅游职业技术学院学生职业胜任力的影响。本研究采用双因素方差分析的定量描述性研究设计。本研究对象为巴淡旅游理工学院烹饪管理、客房管理和餐饮管理专业第七学期的学生,共104人。本研究样本为84人,采用比例随机抽样技术确定。使用问题的数据收集技术。研究表明,职业指导程序对学生职业胜任力的影响存在显著差异,软技能对学生职业胜任力的影响存在显著差异,实施职业指导与软技能对学生职业胜任力的影响存在显著交互作用。
