In this work, the output feedback control is not used because of its complexity of synthesis, but the observer-based control using the Luenberger observer is used. A change of coordinates is applied to transfer the original problem with output constraints to a problem of control by an auxiliary variable without constraints. The controller’s adjustable parameter is selected from the solution of linear matrix inequalities, which enhances the practical applicability of the proposed method.
