As a result, the research and development of sustainability standards and rating systems became an international trend. This paper evaluated three sustainability assessment standards to develop an overall assessment standard that can be applied worldwide. BREEAM, LEED, and Estidama were chosen as standards, and a scoring system for the developed method was proposed.
