The inefficiency in choosing an appropriate clustering approach for The Wireless Sensor Network provided may lead to a significant loss of time and energy. Data mining approaches have always been useful in solving a variety of data-based problems, but in some areas, these methods aren’t actively used, such as WSNs, so in this paper, we use one of the techniques called as Naïve Bayes Classifier for the optimal cluster head selection and it is seen that this method is quite promising in improving the lifetime of nodes over the slice of time.
