The possibilities of solving the problems formed in modern engineering in Russia, associated with the low competitiveness of domestic technology, are investigated. Organizational, technological and economic solutions have been proposed that will accelerate the improvement of product quality and the expansion of production volumes in accordance with the requirements of technological modernization of the country's economy.
