The Problems and Countermeasures on Student - Records Management in Electronic Service Work of Colleges and Universities

This article studies how to solve the problem on the administration of student records of colleges and universities which is more complex because the scale of recruited graduate students expands. The article finds that education policies, social environment and the students' mental states are the main reasons that make the administration of student records more complex by the concrete data statistics and analysis of the student record changes of the graduate students in one university. Therefore, this article starts from practice and puts forward 8 improving measures in three aspects to promote the administrators to raise the administration level of student records in colleges and universities and raise the recruitment quality and training quality of the graduate students.
