摘要

介绍了内点法(IP)在电力系统电压稳定预防纠偏控制(PCC)中的应用。提出了基于控制成本的预防/纠正控制的数学模型。在实时模式下,当工作点与稳定边界之间的电压稳定裕度过小时,进行预防性控制。在研究模式中,当电压不安全时进行校正控制。预防/纠正控制后,电力系统的工作点不仅应在电压安全区内,而且应保持一定的电压稳定裕度。该方法已在从100总线系统到4000总线系统的5个系统上成功地进行了测试。
