A 1 × 2 patch array antenna having operating frequency of 2.6 GHz is designed. FR4 dielectric substrate having dielectric constant of 4.4 and thickness 1.6 mm is used in array design. Alteration in transmission line feeding method for microstrip patch antenna array is performed to obtain different phase shift values as compared to its conventional one. The parametric analysis of different distant between the patches and different length of the delay arm is carried out.
