摘要

针对电力系统电压或电流的特殊角度,提出了真空断路器控制开关技术,以降低输电线路合闸、空载变压器合闸等电力设备运行时产生的过电压和涌流。综合考虑真空断路器的合闸时间弥散和预击特性,给出了最优开关瞬间和同步开关控制策略。利用Matlab对控制开关技术的最优目标点进行了推导和计算。在ATPdraw中对切换电压进行了统计模拟。仿真结果表明,该方法可将输电合闸电压降至2.35 p.u.,将变压器开闸电压降至1.85 p.u.,验证了本文理论分析和同步开闸控制策略的正确性。
