摘要

由于不同的专家在处理相互影响和制约因素时在决策过程中存在差异,在处理这些因素时具有不同的“权重”。专家的决策往往不是集中决策,不能保证该决策方案是完美的。针对多因素决策问题,应以模糊数学理论为基础,建立由多专家共同决策的协调理论和方法,向多决策者提供决策信息。通过协商过程中收集的决策信息,利用该测度计算出具有一致性的各种决策向量,从而形成受绝大多数决策意见影响较大的综合决策。给出了计算过程和应用实例,并设计了相应的智能计算机决策支持系统。
