The academic supervision program aims to build and assess teacher competency in terms of administration and teaching teacher skills. This research is an evaluation study with context, input, process, product (CIPP) model. This study used CIPP evaluation model. The data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The analysis techniques used are triangulation of data and sources. The subject of the study was madrasah supervisor, the principal and teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in North Bekasi District. 摘要

本研究旨在评估阿利伊斯兰学校导师学术督导计划对北别加西地区教师专业能力的提升。学术监督计划旨在建立和评估教师在行政和教学技能方面的能力。本研究采用情境、输入、过程、产品(CIPP)模型进行评价研究。本研究采用CIPP评价模型。数据是通过访谈、观察和文献技术收集的。所使用的分析技术是数据和来源的三角测量。这项研究的对象是北贝卡西地区阿利亚伊斯兰学校的主管、校长和教师。结果表明:(1)督导计划可从行政层面评估教师绩效及专业能力;(2)学术督导计划生产教师绩效评估及跟进计划两种产品;(3)教师可在导师及阿利亚伊斯兰学校校长的协助下,自主提升能力。(4)学术监督计划可以通过各种改进继续进行,以提高北贝卡西地区阿利亚伊斯兰学校教师的能力。
