This project represented the mathematical modelling of a palm waste boiler performance. The aims of this study are to make a model of a palm waste boiler and to simulate the performance of a palm waste boiler which is the efficiency of the boiler. A simple block diagram has been developed to be used in this project. Some data has been taken from the palm oil mill during operation and used for further calculations. The analysis of the performance of palm waste boiler and the results were analyzed to obtain the efficiency of the combustion as well as plant efficiency. Based on the results obtained, the efficiency of the boiler's combustion efficiency recorded an average of 56%, where can be further improving by adding proper insulation for the boiler's combustion chamber. Turbine efficiency recorded an average of 71 % where it can be acknowledging to be performed well for the turbine.
